Privacy Policy

This document (“Policy”) explains how Aleksandr Tomilov, an individual developer based in Chile who publishes iOS apps under the ATom brand through a personal Apple Developer account (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), collects, uses, and protects information from individuals (“User”, “you”) who download, install, or use the PourPlan mobile application and our other mobile applications (collectively, the “App”), as well as visitors to this website (the “Site”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Your data, your control

PourPlan is built so your project and calculation data stays on your iPhone. We don’t collect, store, or share your job-site information — because it never leaves your device unless you send it to us.

General Terms

2.1 This Policy is an integral part of the App’s Terms of Use.

2.2 The processing of data may include collection, storage, use, depersonalization, deletion, or transfer — performed automatically or manually.

2.3 Unless otherwise stated, all terms defined in the Terms of Use apply to this Policy as well.

Personal Information Collected

3.1 The App does not require registration and does not collect or store personal data that can identify you by name, address, or national ID.

3.2 If you voluntarily contact us (for example, via email for support), we may store your email address and message content solely for the purpose of responding to you.

3.3 In PourPlan and our other Apps, you may enter project details such as job names, dimensions, material quantities, notes, and optional photos. This data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us unless you explicitly choose to share it (for example, by sending an export in a support email).

3.4 We do not operate cloud databases for your project or calculation data. Your job-site information stays under your control on your Device.

Third-Party Software and Analytics

4.1 Some versions of the App or Site may integrate third-party services for functionality, analytics, or error diagnostics — for example, aggregated crash reporting through Apple App Store Connect, or analytics tools on this Site such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel when enabled.

4.2 Such services may collect technical data (device model, OS version, crash logs, performance metrics, or standard web analytics). This data is depersonalized and used to improve stability, functionality, and marketing performance.

4.3 Data collection and use by these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them when using related features. App distribution and payments are handled by Apple.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps and Site are designed for general audiences and are not directed to children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such data has been provided, we will delete it promptly.

Purpose of Processing

We may use limited information for:

  • responding to user inquiries or technical support;
  • maintaining and improving App and Site performance;
  • measuring marketing and website traffic, where analytics are enabled; and
  • complying with applicable legal requirements.

We do not use your information for advertising profiles or sell your personal data.

User Rights

You have the right to:

  • access, correct, or delete your data;
  • withdraw consent at any time; and
  • request information about data processing activities.

Because most data stays on your Device, many requests can be resolved by deleting the App or clearing data within it. For anything we hold, contact us via Email us.

Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your Device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

If you contact us directly, we retain correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, after which it is deleted.

Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect any information we handle from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data stored on your Device is protected by your device’s own security features, including encryption where supported by iOS.

Transfer of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade User data.

Information may be transferred only:

  • with your explicit consent;
  • to service providers acting on our behalf (for example, app-store payment processors or analytics providers); or
  • when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International Use

The Apps and Site are developed and operated by an individual developer based in Chile, under the laws of the Republic of Chile.

By using the App or Site outside Chile, you consent to the transfer and processing of any limited data described in this Policy in Chile or other locations where the App operates, in compliance with this Policy and applicable law.

Amendments to the Policy

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements.

The policy version date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Your continued use of the App or Site after publication of a revised version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
