Terms of Use

• App / Mobile Application — software developed and published by the Provider for your mobile device.
• Site — this website operated by the Provider.
• Device — your iPhone or other supported hardware.
• Services — all features and functions offered through the App and Site.
• User Content — information, calculations, notes, images, or other data you create, enter, or store within the App.
• Free Term — any period when access is provided without charge.
• Subscription / Tariff — a paid access plan renewed through the App Store, where applicable.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your Device for lawful personal or professional purposes, subject to this Agreement and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where this Agreement conflicts with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs your use of the App.

The Provider retains all rights not expressly granted to you.

Certain features may require a Subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are handled exclusively by Apple under its own terms and policies.

You may need an Apple ID or App Store account to download or use some features.

You agree to keep account credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You consent to processing of limited personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting or storing User Content in the App, you grant the Provider a non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to operate the App and provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Most User Content is stored locally on your Device. The Provider is not liable for loss or deletion of User Content, including if you remove the App or replace your Device.

You may not:

• reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App or Site;
• use the App or Site for illegal or harmful purposes;
• upload malware or offensive material; or
• interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the App or Site.

Some Services may require payment of subscription or purchase fees. All payments, renewals, and refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms.

The Provider does not collect or store payment card information.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your Device.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement or if required by law.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and Site.

The App, Site, and Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our Apps provide calculations, estimates, and measurements intended as helpful tools. They are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, licensed inspection, applicable building codes, or manufacturer specifications. You are responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it for construction, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App or Site.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App and Site.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, unless otherwise required by local consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region of residence.

The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this Site or within the App. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
